“This course impacted me emotionally and spiritually. There was something powerful about witnessing transformation at work without the pressure of finding the “right” words. The creative process allows truth to rise without force. It allows emotions to move without being interrogated. To me, this course was an invitation to first heal you before trying to hold others. Self-awareness is woven all through it, and you have to be willing to be honest with yourself to receive the full value. It’s not just about gaining tools- it’s about becoming the kind of person who can use those tools responsibly. A deeply grounding and transformative experience. I would recommend it to anyone ready to heal inwardly and learn to hold space with intention, boundaries and compassion.”

“This course was a dream fulfilled. Spending reflective time with my artworks along with trainers thoughtful follow-up allowed me to view my creations with greater awareness. I was able to examine and “edit” the inner scripts that shaped my experiences, leading to the changes I had long desired. Rutika’s depth of knowledge in the subject and the way she bought in practical essence were truly commendable. Being part of the group gave me a strong sense of comfort and belonging. As a counsellor I am equipped with valuable insights that I can carry forward into my practice and better support those who seek help, offering them creative avenues for healing and self-expression.“
