It invites participants to explore the intersection of creativity, emotional wellbeing, and therapeutic practice—not just as concepts, but as lived experiences

Through a carefully designed blend of

  • Hands-on workshops

  • Theoretical understanding
  • Guided supervision

Participants begin to discover how visual art becomes a powerful language for self-awareness, emotional healing, and transformation —reaching places that words alone often cannot.

Rooted in experiential learning and ethical awareness, the course builds both confidence and sensitivity in working with art-based approaches. Each session integrates psychological insight with creative exploration, guided art-making, group reflection, and supervised practice—supporting participants to translate their experiences into meaningful and responsible therapeutic work.
